B. Submission of Final Article
You may send your article on a disk or send it over the network. In either case, your file(s) must be in the proper form as indicated below:
1. Regular Mail Submission
Files should be submitted on a 3.5" diskette. Please mark the diskette clearly with the platform used (PC/Mac), software used (MS Word, etc.), and the file format (RTF or HTML format preferred for text files and JPEG or GIF format for graphics files). Please send each graphic as a separate file. In order to avoid confusion, please incorporate your last name into all files submitted. Example: onsrud.html, onsrud1.gif, onsrud2.gif, etc. The text document should indicate where the graphic files should be placed.
We prefer that all articles be submitted in HTML format. If you are unable to convert your text file for us, please submit the text in RTF format or as a last resort TXT format. Please realize that most greek and other symbols in equations will not convert into HTML format. Therefore, such equations should be converted to graphics files by yourself with the resulting graphics files submitted to us.
