Similarity

We developed a computational method to compare sets of configurations for topological similarity.

It is based on four dynamic operators that are defined to implement a gradual change between the conceptual neighborhoods of the 4-intersection:

Critical aspect: The number of components in an intersection.

The dynamic operators provide a means to measure topological similarity.
