Number of Component Intersections
For non-empty intersections, we can count the number of components.
Important component intersections:
- boundary-boundary
- interior-interior
- exterior-exterior
- interior-exterior
- exterior-interior
The count of component intersections when applying the dynamic operators
provides a means to measure topological
similarity.
