Answer:The hard copy letter, with the principal investigator's original signature and an official authorized to commit the organization in business and financial affairs, must certifies the accuracy and completeness of statements contained in the proposal; and must certify that the organization (or individual) agrees to accept the obligation to comply with award terms and conditions. The letter is due within 7 days of electronic or FAX submission.
