TOPIC:
Gene Regulatory Networks

DESCRIPTION:
I am working with Silvia Nittel (PI) to investigate Gene Regulatory Network
(GRN) models. More specifically, exploiting GRNs to creating efficient sensor
algorithms for boundary detection. A case study will evolve and simulate various
GRN configurations to test their fitness for boundary detection.
